TechTray LLC ("TechTray," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through our public website.
Information We Collect
When you use our website, we may collect:
- Quote request information: name, business email, phone, company, organization type, manufacturer, product or solution details, SKU or part number, quantity, budget range, required date, and message content.
- Contact inquiry information: name, business email, phone, company, inquiry type, and message content.
- Partnership inquiry information: name, company, work email, phone, manufacturer or distributor, role, partnership type, and message content.
- Technical metadata: a hashed IP address and browser user agent string for spam protection, abuse prevention, and security logging. We do not store raw IP addresses in the quote/contact database tables by default.
- Basic website analytics: aggregated page and event analytics through Vercel Web Analytics. We do not send form field contents into analytics events.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to:
- Respond to quote requests, contact inquiries, and partnership inquiries
- Provide procurement support and follow-up communication
- Send internal notifications to TechTray staff
- Send customer confirmation emails when a form is successfully submitted
- Protect the website from spam, abuse, and automated submissions
- Maintain business records of inbound requests
Service Providers
TechTray uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the website, including:
- Website hosting and deployment (Vercel)
- Database hosting (PostgreSQL provider such as Neon or Supabase)
- Transactional email delivery (Resend)
- Bot/spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Privacy-conscious website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)
These providers process data on TechTray's behalf according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data Retention
Quote requests, contact inquiries, and partnership inquiries are retained in TechTray's business systems for as long as needed to respond, manage customer relationships, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
Security
We use server-side validation, spam protection, rate limiting, and industry-standard hosting practices to help protect submitted information. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may contact TechTray to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information where applicable law provides those rights.
